Brian contributes primarily to the firm’s estate planning and elder law practices, working closely with our clients to gather pertinent information and with our attorneys provide responsive client experiences. His personal experiences with aging family members provide valuable perspective, a high level of empathy, and an exceptional drive to assist clients in difficult situations.
Karen is a key point of contact for the firm’s litigation practice, assisting the firm’s attorneys in providing effective and efficient resolution of legal disputes. She and her husband tend a small hobby farm complete with horses, chickens, and cattle.
Rachel is instrumental in the day-to-day client services functions of the firm. She assists primarily with clients in estate and trust administration, real estate transactions, and estate planning. Rachel spends her free time with her dog, Remi, and they sometimes allow her husband, Dalton, to tag along.
Cathy has a wealth of experience in diverse areas of legal practice, focusing primarily on the firm’s clients in real estate, business formations, business transactions, and litigation. When not serving clients, Cathy travels to visit her daughters and grandchildren, explores new recipes, and donates time to her parish council.
